Atho Paru Kaka Meaning
“Look over there, a crow (kaakka)! They are selling shikakai (seekai) in the shop! Here comes a girl all dressed up (jokka)! Get up and go, big nose (mookka)!”
This is a silly rhyming jingle that Tamil children chant to tease each other: kaakka, seekka, jokka and mookka all rhyme. Shikakai is the soap-nut powder used to wash hair in Tamil homes.
