Mottai Pappathi Meaning
This is a short funny rhyme that Tamil kids sing to tease each other. Mottai Pappathi, the little girl with the shaved head, was making roti (rotti suttalam). The oil ran out, so she went to the shop. But she did not have enough money (kasu pathalaiyam)! So what did she do? She looked at the shopkeeper and winked at him (kannu adichalam)!
Children always burst out laughing at the wink at the end. Sing it fast, and wink on the last line.
