Kagam Ondru Kaatiley Meaning
This is the story of the thirsty crow, told as a rhyme. A crow in the forest was suffering from thirst (thaagam). It came near a house and saw a pot (kudam), but there was only a little water at the very bottom.
The clever crow picked up stones one by one and dropped them into the pot. Slowly the water came up to the top! The crow drank as much as it wanted, and with its thirst gone, it flew away fast.
Try it at home with a glass, a little water and some pebbles, and let your child see the water rise just like in the story.
