Neenda Vandi Thodar Vandi Meaning
This rhyme is all about the train. “The long train, the train of many carriages (thodar vandi), goes a long, long way. It runs on the rails (thandavalam) and rushes along thada thada!”
“The steam train (pugai vandi) whistles koo, and the electric train (min vandi) honks paam. The station master (nilaya thalaivar) shows the green and red flags. When he shows red, the train stops, and when he shows green, it runs.”
